Can i use a district attorney from one county to another county?

I was asking because i got a speeding ticket and endangerment to other people ticket, which i was not doing. He wrote me a ticket for my red car becuase red and yellow sticks out like a sore thumb and scientifically proven to be an "eye catcher". Anywaise I have a local district attorney that is really good and wondering if I could use him for another county? Just asking on here before I contact him. I dont have any clue on how the county, i got a ticket in, has a good district attorney or not.
