Adoptive parents...do you get a monthly stipend for your children?

Our youngest was adopted this past summer through foster care and when the adoption was being completed we learned that about 75% of the monthly stipend we received as foster parents would continue after her adoption and would increase as she got older. We would also have access to funds to ist with any learning or developmental delays she may develop as she gets older. This is done to help protect against adoption breakdown and it's common in many areas apparently.
