Need info on medical coding/transcription jobs. How realistic is it to work from home?

I'd like to ask only people who are actually working from home as a medical coder and/or transcriptionist. How realistic is it to get a work from home position in this field? I'd like to go to school for one or both of these positions however, I only want to work from home. Is it difficult to get these jobs? And does anyone have any info on where to get these jobs? I'm only interested in working at home and I am not interested in work from home sales or stuffing envelopes. Thanks in advance
