I have a birds nest on our porch with 3 eggs inside?

there is bigger birds like magpies waiting for it to come out of the tree, the bird looks scared because every time we go out to water the plants or just go outside it flys away and im scared the eggs wont get the pretection it needs.should i just leave it or do something?
