How do Mormons get saved, and get accepted into heaven?

Ok your God is our God, your Jesus is our Jesus so all is good there. Yes we believe other christians will be saved. We believe we have more to offer is all really, and that, because we believe Jesus has once again set his church on earth. That's the simple explanation. The reason we believe you need to know who Joseph Smith was is because he is the one God Chose to restore his church to earth and if you do not believe that then its almost imposable to believe the Church is true. As for why you need to know its because there is much Jesus has restored that was lost and he wishes you to have it.
