Does anyone know a really good sugar cookie recipe?

The responder who said to try Snickerdoodles had a good idea. Snickerdoodles are basically a sugar cookie that is rolled in cinnamon sugar and then baked. There are any number of recipes you can use, just omit the cinnamon (or try it, it adds a little zip to them) Bake them a little longer than called for if you want them crispy, but they are actually a soft cookie. Also you can experiment with the flavor by using almond extract instead of vanilla or using a little more vanilla.
