Can my turtle live in a kiddie pool?

The man at my local pet store breeds turtles and uses a kiddie pool for his. They work well, but just make sure it isn't plastic. As I'm sure you're well aware of, turtles have nails and can easily break the pool. Not only would that make a huge mess, you might lose your turtle! Think about how you're going to clean the tank and what not too. Other than that, I think pools are a great enclosure idea. Inexpensive yet totally comfortable for your turtle. I like the second one better personally. It's bigger and has more height than the other one. Anyway, good luck!
